1. About World Medevac

World Medevac (worldmedevac.com) is an independently operated, authorized marketing partner of Global Medevac LLC. We facilitate the enrollment process for Global Medevac's emergency medical transportation membership program. We are not the membership provider — all membership services, benefits, and coverage are provided exclusively by Global Medevac LLC.

2. Not Insurance

World Medevac memberships are NOT insurance. Membership in the Global Medevac program is a membership benefit program that covers out-of-pocket emergency medical transportation costs after applicable insurance has paid its portion. This is not a health insurance policy, supplemental insurance, or any other form of insurance product.

3. Membership Terms

By enrolling through worldmedevac.com, you are enrolling in a Global Medevac LLC membership. Your membership is governed by the Global Medevac Membership Agreement, which will be provided to you upon enrollment. The membership agreement supersedes any descriptions or summaries on this website.

4. Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll through our site, you agree to pay the membership fee for your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring memberships (Monthly, Annual) will automatically renew unless cancelled. One-time payments (Five-Year, Lifetime) are non-recurring.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the Global Medevac Membership Agreement. Generally, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of paid fees, minus the cost of any services provided. For specific cancellation terms, refer to your membership agreement or contact Global Medevac directly.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep all information on this site accurate and up-to-date, the official Global Medevac Membership Agreement is the definitive source for all benefit details, terms, and conditions. In the event of any discrepancy between this site and the membership agreement, the membership agreement prevails.

7. Limitation of Liability

World Medevac (worldmedevac.com) acts solely as a marketing and enrollment partner. We are not responsible for the provision, quality, or availability of membership services, which are the sole responsibility of Global Medevac LLC. Our liability is limited to the marketing and enrollment process.

8. Service Provider

Global Medevac LLC is a BBB A-rated, minority-owned, certified emergency transportation company headquartered in Southlake, Texas. All questions regarding membership benefits, coverage, and services should be directed to Global Medevac LLC.
